What Is Cell Danger Response?
Cell danger response is a term coined by Dr. Robert Nauviaux that represents the sequence of events a cell takes in response to either a present or potential cellular burden, injury or threat.
Dr. Nauviaux breaks down the cell danger response into three main stages called CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3. These stages each have substages.

I’ve summarized the basic stages and substages of the cell danger response in this PDF.
The Cell Danger Response Explains Why Some People Heal While Others Don’t
While the symptoms throughout the healing response or cell danger response of a cell may seem unpleasant they are indeed the symptoms of healing. And if these stages are passed through efficiently then the cell returns to a state of optimal function. If however, the cell does not receive the needed resources and support to complete each stage of the response – the cell can remain stuck in the healing process and symptoms can become chronic conditions and disease.
What Can Be Done to Support of Treat The Cell Danger Response
The Bear Protocol is built as a sequence of steps that help support the body and the cells move as quickly as possible through the cell danger response. There are 12 basic objectives in the protocol. When each of these objectives are completed in order the cell returns to optimal function and begins to again contribute to the health of the body. THE PROBLEM
Learn about the symptoms and diseases that arise when cells get stuck in the cell danger response.
THE SOLUTION
Learn what the cell needs to move through the cell danger response without getting delayed or stuck.
